This is one of my fave Whitney Songs. I love her so much this era. This era was so underrated. This song always makes me happy. A true slay worthy song & vocal performance.
I usually don’t do fashion post because even thou I’m into fashion, my fashion is my fashion, & what i like is what I like, & what I like, is what I prefer to keep to myself. Also, I’m not the type to read fashion magazines, or search hours online about fashion, or be inspired particularly by anything. I just shop. I go shopping, I find stuff I like (that fits me, or the feeling I’m in), I buy it, I wear it. It’s as simple as that. In addition, I particularly don’t do fashion post because nowadays a lot of artist get passes with fashion when they don’t have any talent, & I’m not up for that. So, I keep fashion stuff to a rare minimum…
However, I was inspired to do this post….
Looking @ Monica throughout the years, more specifically for the last 3-5 years, I have to say Monica is the underrated, overlooked, undisputed Queen/icon of fashion. I almost died on a blog when I read a comment when somebody said they’re always on the fence with Monica on fashion. Girl really…? But, let’s not. Monica STAYS looking on point, she usually does not fail me fashion wise & I figured I’d give a little mini tribute to some of my favorite looks of hers.

Besides the fan parts in here, I dedicate this to not a particular person on here. But, I dedicate it to all my real family & friends that are still supporting at this point in my life. There have been people that have came & gone, which in a sense I also thank them to because it made me be much more aware, wiser, & have a broader perspective on life & people. It’s nothing like having those real people you can have in your life that you have a deep connection too. Thanks my close siblings, thank grandma, thanks Ashley, & even thanks Apris1992 on here who we share alot of similar connections, thank you all.

I don’t actually fall asleep to this, but if I had to listen to a song, I would say this because of how suttle & soft her voice is & the beautiful melodies. It reminds me of the same vibe I get with Gavin Degraw’s “Chariot” song which always used to put me to sleep when listening to it on my iPod.
